Wondering if im putting out enough or using to much for flowering.

I have daylight bulb side setups on front and back or plant followed by a simple 23w under a hood. Just switched them out cause I know you need less light.. my question is are the 6500k daylight bulbs too much for flowering? Will take pics of my setup if needed. I move these damn bulbs everyday cause im never satisfied

depends on the amount of warm light your going to use
