wondering if i can move the trees

Hi was just wondering
Would i ba able to move my trees from downstairs to upstairs.....i have 2 trees that are flowering at the momment...and another 5 that is in veg....witch are all in plant pot....how could i move them without shock......

If you mean trees like over five feet around then some guys will wrap them in string to keep them from breaking as they bounce and sway if in flower. More hand the better.
