wondering about the clasifieds section.

Would love to scroll the classifieds in hopes of doing better there than my local craigslist or local store's for lighting(wholesale ripoffs here). that being said its private should i wait? Is it access based on rep and time spent here? If so im patient! However i cant help but throw out anyone having decent h.i.d's preferably a 600 hps and a 400 hps, inline fans, would be great too!
