Will very slight N. tox. make the stretch last longer?

Out of my four plants the one on the left in this picture got the same feed but was the only one to develop leaf clawing, and I thank it for saving my other three babies from potential poisoning but I was wondering, is this one stretching so much and taking longer to enter flower because of all the nitrogen still left? I've been using a low N to PK ratio the last few days to try and even it out, and they all seem to be flowering more.

probably just a different pheno ...... i have had P-K def's make them hang out in veg a bit longer ....... im kinda thinking it might need a bloom feed i cant remember exactly what causes it but the wrinkled leaves is reminding me of one i had that gave me problems through veg until i hit it with a bloom feed ....... cant remember honestly if its p or k but im thinking its a K def
