Will ONA cover up the smell of one plant?

Hey guys! New user here. I am planning on growing a plant, but for reasons I can not use a carbon filter or anything that makes nearly as much noise for that matter. Even with mufflers, they can still be heard from the next room. Anyhow, if i have multiple jars of ONA (not in the grow space as it may alter the smell of the actual plant but near it) will it cover up the aroma of my plant?

Sure it will but you can buy a fan speed controller paired with a high end low db fan and not have to worry about anything

However if your stuck on ona gel I used it for awhile and I got the idea from I think a thread on here.
5 gallon bucket with holes around it about half way up.
Put about 6 inches of water in it.
A small desktop fan (I think a 10 inch fan fits snug in a 5 gallon bucket).
Put some gel in water.
Fan on top of bucket blowing down towards water.
Worked well for me. But I only used it when I had guests that couldnt/shouldn't know about it.

Thanks a lot for the input man! I’ve been trying to comprehend for days now whether the ONA would work. I’ll look into the speed controller. Will probably just go with the ONA though.

Planning on growing in a closet in my basement, growing a blueberry OG, with the door closed to stop light leaks (Sealed up the edges too). Using fungi to generate CO2 for my plant since the airflow will likely be stopped. Have yet to pick a good budget light that will help me harvest an ounce per plant.

I can attest to the effectiveness of Ona gel, it definitely has a worthwhile effect.
In the general living areas, I use it in small quantities for supplemental/ temporary odor issues, in conjunction with the carbon scrubber, during peak stench.
It lasts surprisingly long, a few little chunks and a bit of water goes a long way....

Yes it absolutely can. I have used it for far more then one plant with great success. Do not have it in the grow room. I found the best bang for my buck was buying the ona liquid and mosture crystals. Soak the crystals in the ona, then would put on trays.
FYI a small carbon filter would work much better.
Cheers :)

I don't care what anyone says. Get a stinky strain and that ona gel won't touch it.

I've had some so bad that double carbon filters still had a hard time controlling smell.

Get a proper fucking fan, anything over 20db should be avoided if you want stealth.
