Will Mixing Nute Boosters Help or Hinder a plant in mature stages?

Hi All -

I have posted this question in the General Marijuana Growing section but didn't get very clear answers. Maybe because I wasn't very clear on what I'm asking. . . soooo, I'm going to try to be completely clear here.

I'm 7 weeks into flowering. I have been told that by the look of my plants and buds that the strain seems to be Sativa dominant. I am using the FoxFarm line of nutrients and solubles.

Here are the NPK number break down for nutes and solubles -

Grow Big - Nutes - 3/2/6
Tiger Bloom - Nutes - 2/8/4
Big Bloom - Nutes - 0.01/0.3/0.7
Open Sesame - Soluble - 5/45/19
Beastie Bloomz - Soluble - 0/50/30
Cha Ching - Soluble - 9/50/10

According to FoxFarm feeding schedule you should use Grow Big and Big Bloom for 4-5 weeks, then use Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom for 2-3 weeks, then use Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, and Big Bloom throughout the rest of the grow. As far as the solubles go. . . you use Open Sesame for 3 weeks 5 weeks into the grow, then use Beastie Bloomz for a week or two, then switch to Cha Ching for the rest of the grow.

What I'm wondering is if would hurt the plants if I continued to use a small amount (1/8 tsp. per gallon) of the Beastie Bloomz with the regular serving of Cha Ching (1/4 tsp. per gallon) during the last part of flowering?

Beastie Bloomz is supposed to help make your plants produce heavy weight fruit and maximize blossom development.

Cha Ching is meant to increase essential oils and produce heavy resins in the fruit, buds and flowers.

All information is appreciated!

Well, I went ahead and tried it and from what my colas are showing, it looks like the Beastie Bloomz threw the plants kind of into a new growth overdrive. All of my colas have a little new growth on the tips. Which I guess is kind of cool because I got a bit more "bud" but now I'm wondering if it will slow down my crystal formation on the plants.

FoxFarm Beastie Bloomz (0-50-30) is designed for gardeners who are ready to take their plants to the next level. It's a high phosphorous soluble fertilizer that's geared towards building monster buds and enormous blossoms. For use in hydroponic systems and organic soils during the middle and final weeks of flowering. Mix 1/4 - 1 tsp. per gallon of water.

Ingredients: Mono Potassium Phosphate, Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Chelating Agent, Disodium Ethylenediamine Tetra Acetate (EDTA), Sodium Borate, Sodium Molybdate and Kelp.

You did the right thing here. The Kelp is a perfect food for plants and the Phosphate in this product is great for bud growth. I would do exactly what is described above, plus your current schedule. Have any before and after pics??

Sorry. . . no Before and After pics. I try not to post them on the web. Thanks for the assurance on mixing the two solubles. I think I went in the right direction here. Only time will tell but it seems to have been beneficial.
