It is at the state reps house now and it went to the medical board instead of the criminal justice board which is a good thing. this means it will most likely pass. It is already decrim-ed in ohio

it is not decriminalized in ohio. Everyone hoping for the mmj law to pass I hope you have read its contents. I myself thought it was a good idea till I read it. You will not be allowed to grow and will be forced to order bud through mail from designated vendor. Is this really what we want? I prefer to grow my own and know what I am getting. I dont wanna pay an arm and leg for some bs grown in a factory

I've lived in OH for over 10 years now and it sucks here as far as weed is concerned. I'm moving to Cali next year. You can grow 99 plants in some counties from what I heard and have up to 3lbs dry weight.

Well I heard that there medical marijuana bill made it to the house and I have been told that they have 73% of the people vote yes and they have doctors supporting it

Ohio does have a large chance of passing it and they do have doctors backing. But people come on mail order weed not allowed to grow screw that. Ohio needs to make a better mmj law

I can see what you mean greenthumb just infuriates me that we even have to go through this shit. It is a natural plant. All the govt wants to do is make freaking money. Dont get me wrong I dont care to pay for a card and taxes if thats what I got to do. Even that is bs though because it is a natural plant. Everyone needs to take seeds out of any weed you find and just toss them out every summer. Let them grow out naturally again. I stand firm with mmj but I also believe in the use of it as a biofuel and as substitution to lumber. They already build homes out of nothing nut hemp board. It is as strong as lumbuer. Seeds can be processed to make diesel fuel. Govt is just infuriating with their money hungry egos that need fed. I met strickland before he was gov at a southern high school I went to. He was cool as shit. But all the bureocracy he is around he has changed not for the good either. Needs to remember where he came from

MJ is most certainly decriminalized in the state of Ohio! Possession of up to 100 grams, that's right over 3.5 ozs is punishable with a maximum penalty of a $100 civil citation. Cultivation of the same quantity carries the exact same penalty. There is no criminal record attached. So let me be clear, if you are stopped for speeding in Ohio and you have 3 ozs of pot on your passenger seat. The maximum penalty you can receive is a ticket that requires you to pay a $100 fine.

Still punishible by a fine. That is not true decrimilization. Lax law yes decriminalized no. As it even says in your link decriminalized to some degree. That is if cop isnt a ass and dont get you for drug abuse which is $250 fine and mandatory 6 months dl suspension

It's decriminalized there. Cinnci is about the only place you don't want to get caught in. They like to jail you.
