Hey People,i have start a drip system about 3 and a half weeks ago i am using fox farms nutrients big bud and grow big or something like that it came in a 3 pack i got online, either way also running a 400w hps from htg supply, it is all set up in a closet covered in reflective materials, i have plenty of air circulation in there with a squirell cage fan, them temp is right and the nutes were applied as directed, my problem is i am not seeing a lot of growth, been three weeks and im just starting to see my fifth row of leaves come out and the plant only stands about 4 inches tall, nice healthy looking leaves though. also i am using perlite as my growing medium i dont know if that helps or not. please let me know what you think the problem is or if there is no problem at all and i am just to impatient. thank you all.

Love to but need pics of your system and plants
this is a video of my setup sorry it is so shakey, also i have had the water running constantly i dont have a set wattering time it just constantly drips, also i have a good bit of algae growth on the perlite will this affect the growth of the plant. as you can see in my video the ventilation should be suitable with two exhausts coming out of the top, the setup is in a closet that has been completley sealed off in insulation and i put velcro on the door you can see to keep it closed and all light from coming through for my neighbors to see. any advice will be greatly appreciated and if i need to start feeding the plants on a timeer let me know. also the only pot with cannabis growing in is the one on the bottom right, the other plants were just an experiment to see if the setup i made would work. and it apparently did.
