no guns, no gangstars , and NO FALSE PROTHET'S ?? why
its better that way , 5 year minimum jail time for even holding a gun in your hands , puts 99% of the people off going anywhere near a gun , nevermind actually using one , the few that are stupid enough are the kind of people who will quickly end up locked away for something crazy anyway .

I think no legal weed is a win. Not taxed, no name on a list... i'd say decriminalisation would be ok, but legal would just fuck things.
They don't put your name on a list when you buy from a rec dispensary, and even with hyper-taxation you can still find better deals than what you would get on the street in the UK. Legal weed doesn't fuck things up it just gives you the option to run down to the dispensary and choose from a menu. Which is a pretty nice option if you ask me. Even if you are a med patient on a government list, they're not going to do anything to you. People who are scared of those lists are just paranoid.

Yeah, i guess. I don't know a great deal about how the system works, it just that it is a 'system'. I kinda see it as a way of taking control of the plant and making it thiers, another tool for controlling people like alcohol. Maybe i got all wrong...

No limits huh, one quick google search puts that lie to rest. I've been busted twice, got a slap on the wrist both times. Once you're able to drive down to the dispensary and choose from 20 strains off a menu then you can consider it a tie, until then you lose. Here's a little link to help keep you safe from all those pesky pork choppers looking for heat signatures and condensation on your windows (don't got those in the US, again you lose)

A large number of crimes committed in the US w/ guns are committed using illegally obtained(stolen) firearms, So I always wonder whether gun banning laws here in the states would really solved the problem.

Do you find that there is just as much violence in the UK, just committed with other weapons? Or do you think gun control works? Do police have guns there? (I thought not) How do they serve and protect?

......

.yeah they are stolen or illegal obtained but from who, the people who buy them duh , if they banned them ,no one could buy them then no one could steel them or obtain them illegally,, the gun problem in America is called a gun problem for a reason , its a problem , im not here to argue but you seem to be jusitfying the fact that its not a problem and uk would be the same with a gun law ,,,,rubbish mate,,,,how many shootings do you have ,dare i say i daily compared to what we have a year, when you go out , or when u used to go out to score weed from a dodgy neighborhood, do you fear guns , in the uk we don't have that fear of guns, there's a very small amount of people from ? Maybe Liverpool and London who circle around guns, the police do have guns but don't walk around with them, because its not a problem, they use the guns in extreme cases like your columbine insident,,,very very rare dose that happen in uk,,in my eyes if you live by the sword you die by the sword,,in otherwords choose your friends wisely , as in any country and you wont go far wrong,,but you've got to admit usa got a problem man,,ok , guns are one of mankinds biggest mistakes and there's no justifiying that, , if i owned a big gun company and was makeing milliinons,,id sell up , do the right thing, and stop fucking making them,,,its funny all the misstakes in life are due to man not woman? I wonder why,,?

Not following your logic. The US has illegal guns all over the street. A ban on guns wouldn't get rid of those. How? Knock on everyone's door and confiscate any firearms? It's called the black market.

Not saying violence isn't a problem anywhere. Just believe that people (some anyway) have violent natures regardless of what weapons are readily available or not.

hmm well of course there is violence in uk , but its not as often deadly violence , of course there are guns about but you would have to be a pretty serious criminal to have a gun in the uk , infact you would be insane to carry ANY type of weapon on the streets here , even a pen knife , the police have stop and search policy here where they can basically stop and search ANYONE for any made up reason they want , and like i said you get 5 years prison for carrying any weapon here .
its very rare you hear of people being shot and killed in the uk , the only time you here of guns being used is usually in armed robbery and id say most of those guns are probally fakes .
i personally think gun controll works here , i dont think ive ever been of fear of getting shot , much more likely someone pulling a knife on you .
the police do have guns but not as a standard issue thing they have emergency gun cops who only are called in certain situations , i think all cops carry tazers and cs spray

The guns aren't the problem in the USA, it's the people who own the guns. lol

There are lots of nations that have high gun ownership rates and do not have the same problems the USA does with guns.

IMO, a lack of training and disdain for being responsible with firearms is the problem. I say again, responsible gun owners aren't the problem. Responsible firearm owners keep their firearms locked away with their ammo, and they've taken steps to ensure they're competent before they get all "Yosemite Sam".....

Sounds like they have striped away a lot of civil rights in UK? Do you not have the right to defend yourself?
