i find jiffy mix is very forgiving, and those little pots just rip apart and vwuala

for cloning I always cut only the nicest branches off. I use compress cocanut fiber plugs or rockwool. I keep them in a tray with a plastic dome. I run them under a regular 4 foot fluorescant shop light 24/7. Yes, i never turn of the cloning light. they grow faster that way. I keep the bottom of my tray filled with water so it soaks the plugs but doesnt drwon them. I add a hefty dose of Olivias rooting hormone to the water. When taking cuttings I Cut, then immediately soak the cutting in a cup of water and olivia's solutuion for an hour. I removed them, place in a plug and bada bing. Almost all my clones survive. The ones that dont were to small and to weak to begin with...
