Why is posting pics/changing avatar not working?

Whenever I try to change my avatar or post a pic it keeps giving me an error mssg saying..."the uploaded file does not have an allowed extension"....using an Android fone....all pics are within the size allowed....
I'm quite frustrated w this any help will b appreciated

what is the extension of the file you are uploading
it should end in .jpg . png or .bmp .gif (image files)
the site thinks you are uploading a non image file

i think you can upload pdf too

but obviously not anything executable .com .scr . exe

as you are using an android device, it may not of included the extension
you might need to rename the file "picture1.jpg" etc
it might be (.webp) on android also

They all end w the "jpg"...or "jpeg"....hold up I'll chk

prob because its on a phone everything on your account is set up fine.

Tried renaming... still same error mssg...thanks for trying to help tho...

Are you on the app or just the android browser

Droid browser...I click upload file...it takes me to my albums...I select pic...then receive error mssg....every stinkin time...

restart your phone and try again i just did a test on my android and its working

Nope...still not working...when I try to change avatar pic it says..."the content of the uploaded image does not match the files extension"...

P.S. I'm not so tech savy...

hey mate go to pizap, upload the pic, save and then copy and paste to here like I do you can fix up your pics, crop ect at the same time
