Why is it that...

I don't think 100 mil is all of 40 billion, do you need a math teacher to prove this for you.
but after that 100 million "jumpstart" fails miserably because it isn't shit in the scheme of things then people are gonna want more and more of your money. just like you how you think you're allowed to tell people what they should do with the money they earned because you're not willing to do what it takes to generate money.... i'm never gonna make a billion but I don't think those that do owe me something.

Isn't shit, people start businesses with 50k and end up making over a mil in a year. You don't just give handouts you start businesses make more money and build more of your empire.

The fact is we are an economy based on consumption, if the money is not being used to consume then it is not doing its purpose.

Also, just looked it up you could spend $200,000 a day for 25 years and still have money. So you tell me how that money is benefiting us while sitting in his bank.

well its his money so i don't see why I should be benefiting from it. 2. I bet the guy with 40 billion does more for the economy then you could ever imagine. I bet he has employees I bet he has buildings built. I bet the banks use his money to give out loans. do I need to go on?... I don't know where you came up with the "fact" that we are a consumption economy. maybe if you saved your money or used it to make more money instead of using it to consume you could have some nice things too.

It is their problem if America can't pay their bills because they are holding up the money.
again that's definitely not their problem. They have 40 bil they could go to whatever country they feel like. They aren't the ones who borrowed money from other countries and spent too much. They spent less than they made so that why they have money left. I'm not rich by any means unlike the other 95% of riuppers but I don't think people who worked harder or smarter than me owe me anything. I work like 50-70 hours a week between 3 jobs. I should have went to college but I didn't I have no reason to think the people that tried harder than me owe me anything and I don't want it. If you can't make enough to thrive in this society you're not trying hard enough in 95% percent of cases.

If America falls, a lot of other countries will fall as well. The big ones like Russia, Germany, China, Japan, Sweden (small but they are doing well enough), Switzerland they will all be alright even if they get a little dent in their chest for a while. The rest of the world may not be so lucky.

But your right, fuckit in a time where we have the choice to save the world or let it come to an end who cares we all expected the empire to fall.

So, wrong again, Red..
You only complained about the Koch brothers until someone pointed out you were being hypocritical. Your complaint was never with Soros, you had to be shamed into including him. You don't apply the same standards to both sides of an issue.

Public funding of elections will give more power back to American citizens and reduce the size of the government

How is that relevant?

In 95% of elections, the candidate with more money spent on his campaign wins:

The Koch brothers spend money buying conservative politicians, they are enemies of democracy
Are unions the enemies of democracy?

I don't understand how it is appropriate to defend a couple dudes who have made billions on the backs of the common people. You can defend them all you want or you can be against them all you want. The fact remains that they used America to get their money and I see little improvement to our country.
They made billions by employing people to make goods and services that other people need or want. How is that "the backs of the common people"? You assume they are some sort of demons without cause.

I said "Anyone who spends money to influence American politics is an enemy to democracy". Do you see the word "Anyone" there, I bolded it and made it larger just so you wouldn't miss it. That word means - literally - any body, any person, it includes everyone, all people... So, I'm not sure how you could misinterpret that to mean "JUST CONSERVATIVES!"

If unions spend money to influence American politics then they are enemies of democracy.
