Something else to consider is if this is a new account, and it at least sounds like it may be, did you order checks when you setup your account? If so the price for them would have been deducted from your account lowering your balance so if you opened the account with $100.00 and then ordered checks your balance dropped right away.
You may want to use your bank’s online banking feature and check your balance to make sure it is what you believe it to be. Even if you did not order checks there might possibly have been some error in the entry of some information that could be causing your card to be rejected.
Something else is if you are using your name as it is on your card or if you are using a shortened version or altered version you prefer and go by like Bill instead of William or Joe instead of Joseph like it may be on your card.
If the information you enter at Attitude, or elsewhere, does not match up with what is on your card and in the bank’s records the transaction normally will not go through.
