Why Can I not Open Pictures on any POST??? YES I activated my acount through the emai

I didicated another 10 mins looking for a sticky on this, but did not find it and quite frankly I have bee very patient about this for weeks now. I cannot seem to get an answer from anyone as to why I cannot open photos. It says your accountdoes not have the permission to perform this. (something salong those lines) could you please fix this is it so frustrating.
