How tall are they? I say yes, go right ahead. Are they plastic pots? Be very careful taking them out if they are. Expose the roots to as little light as possible!

I would give it a little while longer a little around a week, if it grows to the bottom of the container it starts to grow the roots out and around it making the root ball easier to transplant.

the plants are only 1" tall give or take and they are in 2" cubed plastic cups. that's my objective to get as many roots in their as i can before a transplant without harming the plants. So general concensus seems to be let them chill for about another week then transplant? Thanks guys!

That sounds good, it will give time for some roots to get a rootball started and it will make it easier to transplant that way.
