Who here makes ice cream

I have my own special way of making ice cream without canna butter. I've been making regular ice cream for longer than I've been growing lol. How do you guys make your ice cream? I'll post my recipes for vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I also have pics of the ice cream being made. If you have ice cream recipes lets exchange them.

I made ice cream once...in school...many many moons ago! I would love to see your recipes and perhaps try my hand at making some too!

Well here's the first recipe you have to make the canna cream.

1. Decarboxylate trim for 30-60 min (I use 2oz)
2. Use 1/2 gal heavy cream and place in a double boiler pan
3. Heat cream until it reaches 170F add trim and simmer for 1 hour
4. Turn off heat and let it sit for another hour or so to extract as much THC as possible.
5. Strain using a cheese cloth (I use 5gal paint strainer it can be washed and reused plus it won't rip when squeezing)

Now you are ready to make ice cream

Now that we know how to make the canna cream let's make some ice cream.

Vanilla recipe it makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups canna cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, to taste

In a medium bowl use a hand mixer or whisk to combine the milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved, about 1 - 2 minutes, on low speed.


Stir in heavy cream and vanilla to taste



Add to your ice cream maker and enjoy

Seems like any sort of large scale ice cream production would be really challenging. I just wanna have a yummy summer treat . I also make THC infused whiskey to enjoy drinking on special occasions.

The ice cream maker I have is a Edgestar ICM301SS no need to freeze bowl. It freezes on it's own
