Wait for a group consensus but it might be a pot worm. Did you find just one or many?

Edit: could also be something in its larvae stage.

I found 3 more.I think that is something else cause I noticed some tiny, white things who were flying when I mixed the soil. I consider to do a watering with neem oil and green soap. Will be ok?

I grow outdoors in a pot. Those things are white, tiny things and they can fly for a very short distance. They don't look like the picture but maybe they are small yet, so who knows? They look to me like worms who can fly-if it makes sense! I wish to had the camera to film them so you could see exactly what I'm saying. I'm watching my plants every day and I didn't see any flies or eggs but I had some strange silver and black spots on the leaves. The problem is inside the soil though.I watered with neem and I hope for the best.In these pictures you can see the spots I'm talking about.

I have 4 autos(2 Bcn Critical, 1 White Widow, 1 Blackberry Gum) and 1 photoperiod(Shiskaberry). I have white and silver spots on all plants(I try to treat with neem as well) but my white widow has those f...ing tiny things inside the soil. Now I'm afraid that all the plants have this infection even if I didn't see anything to them. My soil is designed to keep the humidity longer so maybe it is something relative to it. I water about every 7 days but the last days was raining all the time(I protected them from rain of course) and after turned into heat(38-39 degrees of Celsius) so maybe this situation created my problem. Thanks everyone for the replies!
