White Widow Clones Harvesting LATE = What Problems?

Hey all - been busy doing life -- SO that brings me to the problem. Two of m y White Widow clones were just flushed for a week. First time doing a flush, I think they didn't need it or couldn't handle it as now that I've been harvesting them down for a day just about every single leaf, even in the buds, are dry, crispy, brown, curled.

The buds are green, don't seem all that big compared to others not ready yet on plants nearby. This is becoming a MAJOR PITA trimming now though. As such, I'm just chucking the tiny buds I previously saved. Also, I'm wondering what issues I can have with the cure and use for later. I only use a vaporizer and edibles/cannapills. Perhaps these will only be good for edibles now that they have so many crispy reminents from leaves in the buds?

My previous ones were I think 117 days or so in flower and were fine. These are about two weeks shy of that. Frankly these two plants looks fricken dead, but the buds are still spongy.

This is only my second grow, still finding a happy medium for when to do what.

I was thinking maybe if I decarbed and then converted it all to an oil? The kind where you either use alcohol or a heat press, then store the oil instead of the janky buds. Just spit balling. The buds are just for me, but they look like crap with a lot of small dried leaves in there.

117 days in flower? Mine never went over 70 days! What light are you using? They look rough.
I had 2 600w hps lights, and a 200w cob (actual watts).

My next ones are pulling around 85 days or so. I try to get lots of amber.
