Fun work though  I have not got that fancy yet I'm just doing the selfing thing to preserve genetics without having to keep mothers going or in case of calamity. I'm sure I'll branch out more eventually though.

I am thinking about making a plexi chamber with filters and fan etc to keep a male in. Damn though plexi is expensive, I was pricing it yesterday. Plan B might be old fashioned glass
Tet, what about cheap 2-5 mil clear plastic from the hardware store. ;) It won't flower for too long.

i'm getting a tent for the same thing. the closet has been out grown lol
LOL How big Cer? Once again, I'd just build the F'er. :) Some 2x4's and corner brackets/white poly and staples.

yeah, i am not beneath building my own ;) but im thinking a 4x4 tent and that way i can move it around, i forsee a few changes coming in the next months, a temporary set-up to get me threw the dog days of summer and then the finally a finalized system. but money, time, and space is keeping this in a slow roll fashion..

thus. a tent, that can be put where i need it when i need it, my breeding project is going to start to take a more prominent role in my priorities list.. lol

things for the thoughts and ideas fella's, much appriciated!
:)
more updates in a day or two.

Well, I was thinking smaller...only one small plant at a time. Main thing is I don't want its pollen going anywhere or mixing with other males. Plus I want something I can use over and over. I would love to make a litttle cabinet type thing with filtration in/out and a door. Cripes you ever price plexi? I dunno..still thinkin

Yeah a tent might suit you better then! 4x4 shouldn't be too bad on the wallet right? I was thinking a bit larger, those things are a lot of money!

I just, just, just finished my 8x8 and it didn't cost much. I only have 5 studs drilled into the joist too - so 10 screws. Although now that it's complete it's rigid enough to cut those boards flush with the "room" and unscrew the nubs to make it totally non-attached.

Well then if I can suggest to you what I mentioned to Cerberus. Some 2x4's with 4" corner braces and a trip to the hydro store for black and white poly. Then if you want a real solid door maybe grab a 4x8 and some hinges while your at the store. You can get white duct tape as well and or caulk any gaps.

Like I said above, my 8x8 wasn't too much money. 100x10' of poly was like $100, plus $80 of 2x4's, braces, etc. I think I got other non-essentials too so that might not even represent everything. But that was for 8x8.

When you keeping males though, especially multiple ones. Your bound to have some random things happen. I have a friend who keeps a bunch of males on an entirely seperate floor of his house. Still his buds always have the occassional seed. Whatever though. Plus when you have a seed here and there falling out of True Blueberry and Northern Lights and Ace of Spades. Well then, it's always fun to have those around because you never know what they heck might pop out of them.

more string, i hope to need a lot of string for giant nuggets of medicine. If things go good i'll be able to make a good amount of bubble hash, my preffered method. ;)

Looking good Cerberus.

I'm such a slacker and didn't add the cages to mine this run and am regreting it !!!

Not sure how much a tent would run you. But for $70 you could get 5 sheets of 1/2" foil face ($11 a sheet) a roll of foil tape and a couple pieces of strapping for stability and hanging the light. If you attach strapping to just 2 sides and a 2 by 4 fixed to the top panel for hanging your light. Then just tin tape the corners if it ever needs to come down just cut the tape and store it. Then just retape to put it back up. They work great.

Keep it Rollin !!

fwiw, I have done both foil based materials and white materials. The white reflects much better imo.
