White little crawling bugs....

small tiny ones. Seems to be all over my seedlings. there are about like 4-5 on each plant crawling up and down the stem. real tiny. size of a needle head.

Do they have wings? Are they greenish? Do they squish when you kill them, or do they explode?

Do they squish or explode LOL! Find a pic on google image and post it, that would be more helpful, a written description of a tiny white bug is very, not helpful at all fuck it could be anything. Try looking up fungus gnat or root aphid pictures and see if that matches what you found on your plant, then report back. Get a dope scope too, very helpful for identifying pests, especially when your trying to describe them in a written sentence!

spider mites. get azatrol. spray the entire plant concentrating on the underneath of the leaves and the bottom of plant. 4 to 5 can turn into piles. get rid of them before they get out of control. spray every 7 to 14 days even if u dont see any.
