Where's best?

Where's the most stoner friendly area of Canada?

Like, I'd like to find a place where I can smoke in the street, or at parks, or easily find a concert, or outside gathering :D :D

I'm taking a trip to Mexico soon, then moving to Oregon.
And I figure while in Oregon, it would be awesome to spend a lot of time in Canada.
I've only been once, but Canadian's are chill, I've heard good thing about their stoner tolerance, and alcohol consumption, and most of the Canadians that moved down to Texas who I met, were fine as hell. So that's a plus :D

I'd just like to know where the best places are, so I don't have to spend days exploring all that frontier :D :D

Vancouver hands down, with Toronto in second i would think. But Vancouver and the lower mainland is your only real option. If you have the right appeal and can make the right friends if you know what i mean then take a trip down highway 3 in BC. Beautiful orchards (you can work on them too if you are going cheap) great views and lots of interesting little towns. Fond summer memory's of that highway.

Calgary is nice, ive spent some time there and its great for restaurants. Dont go near the stampede though, i would suggest the PNE in vancouver. If you are going to be around i suggest getting tickets to shambhala next year, or maybe its the tickets for 2014 that youll have to get, they sell out really fast. Ill have to thank you for this thread, its brought back so many great times i had as a kid. I think im going to have to take a few months to retravel what i did when i was younger.

For smoking in the open, I'd have to agree, B.C. is the best. I'm in the prairies, and it's kind of hit and miss. Not very touristy either. Seems that only prairie people appreciate the prairies LOL.

As for Toronto......meh. Spent plenty of time there, and never found it to be very stoner friendly. We're just a more relaxed bunch over all, west of Ontario. When I lived in BC, it seemed like it only took days to get a feel for who was cool and who wasn't. I think that's cuz pretty much everyone was!

Definately BC. Check out the Okanagan. Kelowna, Penticton. It's like there are no ugly chicks allowed there...

If you go all the way east, it's pretty mellow. I love Nova Scotia, and found plenty of stoners to smoke with.

Plus if you travel from coast to coast, you can stop in at my farm. We can smoke a fat one, I'll feed you a meal worthy of the munchies, then we can smoke another in front of the fire and talk bout this that and the other thing.
