I guess anything is possible, but I highly doubt it. They had a few home invasions/car jackings up here a couple of years ago that they attributed to large grows. The board of supervisors here thought that if they limited the amount of plants to 12 per script/24 per parcel (2 scripts) that should detour the crime involved in large grows. It's the first time in 12 years that I lived here that any kind of action has been taken against the pot laws that exist in this county.

Sweet spot. But im guessing they probably got jacked the year before and are like fuck this place they will be back.. lols. I cant imagine why else ppl would off load place like that on the net.Im sure they could find sosomeone they've worked with who would want that spot. Or something is wrong.. me, the skeptical guy I am.

Haha yeah that's usually how I would be thinking such a sweet spot you would think it would have been used this year or sold to a friend or ya pretty much what you said. but I guess you never know the dude could have a few spots and he's not using this one.

Did you see the other one I posted mabey a page ago and that had 50 300 gallon smart pots ready to go, BUT the water was all fucked up and you needed water delivery, I was like damn that probley sucked for them got everything in and then realized the waters bad haha.

That's the feeling I always get reading those also LOL... I'm sure they would harvest more than twice the asking price, so why sell?
