When to put outside to flower? (CentralFL)

I have a quick question..:dunce:

I want to Veg my Paradise White berry, Green House Big Bang, and strawberry Haze indoor under 18/6 lighting (T12 Flouros) for a few months. When during summer should I put them outside in order to Flower naturally?
