When to chop chop!!

Hi all, these are my 4 vanilla frosting just starting 9th week of flower at some point they clearly revegged I'm not sure exactly what happend but I'm 99% sure I'm past it changed all timers and checked the lihhts come on and off correctly. My question to you all is when will these be ready I've had pretty solid advice to say just ignore the new white hairs and chop when the lower part looks right.. if this is the case could anyone say roughly how long they think these have left? Cheers man!!! Go easy it's only my second run
