When should I top and tie down my plants??

Your all trying to make me jealous mine are tiny, I've topped mine tonight so hopefully in a few days they will be back growing then il tie them down thanks for advice and pictures everyone it's helps a lot at least I no I'm doing something right, il post some more pictures in a few days

As long as the plant is healthy, it will recover quickly.
Both times I topped my lady, I did it a few hours after lights on, that way she had the hole day to recover. The second time i topped, I noticed at lights off, she had already began the new growth..
I've counted 7 total tops on my baby, and only topped twice.
I bend and crop her daily though, today was the first day i didnt do any cropping
