when can i start pruning

still got 3 prong leafs its about 9 inches tall. has 6 branches when can i prune it?

There are huge topping journals on here if ya look but...

to get 4 colas cut after the 2nd true node. The one attached to the "baby/seedling" roundish leaves does not count.
