What's wrong with this little guy?

White widow seedling (sick one), about 9 days old from sprout in solo cup, in two month old coots soil- ~45% humidity, ~75F, under 200w draw LED 18-22" from babies- i've been misting twice daily - and recently started giving them 10ml of water..I stopped doing this two days ago once the symptoms appeared - now i only mist once a day.IMG_8136.JPG IMG_8135.JPG IMG_8137.JPG IMG_8134.JPG the other 2 in the back are g13haze and candidacd1

Are you talking about the droopy leaves? They all look good to me. Only the first picture...

The first picture looks a little dry. Maybe just needs a little water.

Humidity for seedling can be higher as well, 60-80%.

Yeah, the droopy leaves...so do you think the 'sickish' one will become healthy and survive ? Lol i just lightly misted them and checked moisture with a meter and it's reading moist..i had them in a dome until they sprouted..do you think 40-50% is too low? My basement is soo dry, i have to use a humidifier that just goes up to 60%..i guess that's a good thing tho..no mold :D

Misting is fine, but you do not want the roots to dry out! So a little bit of water at the base is good. You can even simply mist the top of the soil. (If it's very dry, it might make some of it fly around the first few sprays.)

Use a humidifier, that should help.
