What’s wrong with my babies

Hey Hey,

I transplanted my plants last week into an organic mix of FFOF compost, earthworm casting and dr. Earths Flower girl 3-7-4 and perlite. The soil smells good, ph is 6.9. But the leaves are either burned or deficient? They start from the bottom leafs. They start turning yellow to white to brown and eventually fall off :/

Stop feeding it. That soil should get you through a month to a month and a half.
I’m not feeding it anything, just plain distilled water :/ it’s because I transplanted waay to early in a hot mix. Plus adding all the amendments ...

Spray Epsom salts on the leaves. Then every week or 2 just scatter a bit of Epsom salts over the surface of the soil and it will wash in when you feed them.

Those amendments you added was extra fertalizer. You added fertalizer to an already hot soil. Next time just add perlite to fox farm and that's just about all. hopefully they will pull through but you deffinately have nute burn.

Nail on the head ... You took a highly amended soil and stepped on the gas with happy frog. Burnt tips . Put her on a water only diet , nothing else. PH at 6.5 - FFOF is prebuffered to 6.3 right out the bag.
