Yep, if I could grow outdoors I'd be putting out 15' plants at the beginning of the grow season. My garage is that tall, and I'd veg a whole year if need be.

If only...

The largest I've seen pictures of were in the 20' tall range. Poundage I don't know... Those guys don't seem to want to say.
you have to train the branches b4 u put outside, if they are tall and lanky they wont survive in windy areas

I had a 9/10 germination rate with KC's TNR. 7 turned males under perfect conditions, no stress whatsoever. But I have 2 amazing looking females that I have taken clones from. We'll see how the flowers turn out on this beast.

In the 1400s there was a reported strain of hemp bred in Italy that was used to make sail cloth and other material, it was prized for its lengthy fiborous strands which would later betwisted into cloth or cord, the height of these plants were reportedly 35-40 FEET, but with minimal branching. Tall and straight, just perfect for cloth and cord.

I also have a guerilla grow , going on with 40 plants , in the open , and most of those are over 6 foot ( gonna need to chop a few trees down to add a couple of hours sunlight
