What's the best in your state!!!

if this is in the wrong area then please tell me. i just didn't know where to post this.

So in each state everyone has their favorite strain/high/style of pot. if you are going to sell then you grow off consumers demand...so being in the state you live in what is your states demand?

or if anyone has a chart that has this recorded then that would be fine to. obviously there's things to consider, like years go by and the demand changes or most people don't have any idea what they are smoking as long as it gets them high. this is clearly difficult to monitor so just give it your best shot.

in my area i thought i saw kentucky durban, but i've never heard of it nor seen it. blue dream and blue cheese are also in high demand around here.

Best strains per state? Thats such a high school fad. Adults will smoke anything that is actually fire (unless specific medical properties are needed) while the kids, they smoke the name of the strain lmao

that doesn't make sense. if that was true then why would it matter what anyone grew? why are certain strains more popular than other strains? i wouldn't call it a high school fad, in fact i wouldn't even call it a fad. maybe a certain strain could be a fad but not a strain preference. blue dream would be a fad. but growers grow off fads dont they?

Because people like what THEY like, a state doesn't tell me what my favorite strains are unless its a fad (im too old for having the same interest as the majority) and fads change every other year... Pretty simple imo

I think sometimes strains become popular because they are breeding strains that have commercial production. When growers find something that produces a lot well then the area will get flooded with that strain. Look at bluedream...I dont think it would be nearly as popular is what it is right now if it wasnt for the fact it has huge yields. Dont get me wrong its good stuff...but my lord there are way more potent strains out there.

alright fair enough. i saw a chart a while back and it had the break down of areas and regions with the preferred strain. i could completely see how word of mouth influences the buying up of a certain strain. say someone has some fire and they tell people its blue cheese then everyone going to seek out "blue cheese". in my area/region it was charted as blue dream/white widow, northeast it was sour diesel, mid-west/west was kush. so i guess i was just curious on whether or not anyone else had heard anything like this before. if i find the picture i'll post it.
