Those green houses are boss , you have any plans you can share ?
Thanks.
I have shared in the past how I go about building these. Though, even the first one never truely got finished. I got it up to the point that I could cover it and never went back and finished of the rafter bracing properly. (This will be our 4th yr in that one)

When I have a little time I'll do a write up on how I build these and material list.
I'll be sure to tag you in it.

The first one is 24x64 and cost $2,200 to build. (4 sections 24x16, each section for 6 plants)
The new one is 28x80 and I'm guessing here but should be under $3,000. With upgraded 2x6 rafters and fencing on the walls.
Everything is PT except the strapping on the roof.

It's been a busy season this year. Or we just have way to much going on, I can't figure out which.
I just realized the other day I haven't even had a chance to ride my Harley the last 2 years.

Some really rough drawings of a Bucking machine design.

These machines look simple enough to build, yet they are asking a fortune for them. (Google Mother Bucker, trimpro also makes a model)

would probably clip the top on each branch at first just to make sure it didn't pull the branch to far into the colas.

The outer box could easily be made out of plywood coated in polyurethane. The frame the wheel axels attach to would need to be made out of steel. 2 pieces that bolt top and bottom to the plywood box, so one side could be unbolted to service or change wheels. I could see a veriable (or 3) speed motor being used. But I may just use a motor I have and size the pullies accordingly.

Lost over half our crop this year to mold and bad genetics.
On the genetics side, I have no clue what happened. Strains that we've been running for 4yrs, look nothing like what they used to. The dinafem blue cheese was always super dense with no mold. This year all 12 blue cheese plants are wispy and catailed. (Other strains arent the same to) Makes me wonder what's going on with the breading of theses strains, I mean did they start from scratch or something?
As for the mold. I know what happened there. We had a lot of dew from all the hurricane's and the weather went super cold to super hot. This is never a good thing for outdoor growing.
If I hadn't of gotten hurt maybe I could have gotten the roof built over the large GH. But it is what it is...!! One foot in front of the other......

I hope others had a better season..
