I'm on a low carb kick atm lost half a stone in just over a week.

Steak and lobster NYE dinner was my last good one. Back on the student diet. spent £60 in the shop today on pretty much nothing but sausage rolls, salamis, and cheese. Dinner tonight shall be a nissan cup noodle

i had a green juice with fruit and veggie for breakfast
homemade granola bar for a snack
lunch was a stuffed pita i made
than i had blueberries 2 figs and some hemp hearts for another snack
now i dunno what to make for dinner for tonight!

Well i used to b very athletic and even a personal trainer but ever since i hit the aging wall my test naturally took a dive and now am about 30 overweight and buying clothes is not an option. Barely have enough to get by i only own 3 pair of jeans and about 4 shirts that fit so id better go on my weight cut diet just hope i can survive without tasty meals
yeah totally understandable. get creative in the kitchen, it helps make healthy food yummy

Fruit is extortionate over here. Blueberries (imported from Canada, Mexico, S.Africa etc) are £10/kg and taste of absolutely nothing. about 15 blackberries will cost me £2, i used to be able to walk into my garden and pick a few hundred for nothing!
I bought 24 cheesestrings instead because they were cheap

Not much foraging to be done in central london :/ Only 3 and a half more years and i can get the hell out of this place.
I've never found any imported fruit i enjoy. Maybe it's all these sprays they're using to stop them over-ripening. I just don't like supermarket fruit. Most of the time it's impossible to find anything that's ripe, and they even started marketing stuff as "ripen-at-home", basically meaning it was picked too early! Got to buy avacado weeks in advance.
