You're right the American public's apathy is our single greatest threat at this point. Most people are complacent today so they are not bothered enough to take any stance. American apathy is fed by our greed and consumption of what is produced by the so called "evil"corporations. I think you are looking for one person or a select group of people to "blame" when in fact no one person can be blamed. I'm not really sure what you are trying to state at this point you have simply made vague statements as if you are in the "know" of some great conspiracy that Americans are unaware of. Thats just not happening there is no great conspiracy we have simply become a society of consumers and are beginning to pay the price. Above my head?

I absolutely agree, I don't think the founding fathers would approved of the state of our nation. We have given too much power to the federal government and WAY too much power to the executive branch of our government. I really don't believe there is any great conspiracy however. There are corrupt people in high places yes but they have been put their by our personal greed. No the country is not "fair" but thats life. The great thing is that we can still stand up for what we believe in speak freely and participate in government. I really do believe we are on the verge of a new american revolution that will be led by informed youth such as yourself Canna.:peace:
