What to make with 5 year old weed????

So I have access to a couple of lbs of trimmed bud that is 5 years old, very dry and has turned brown. I have previously made BHO, Shatter as well as Bubble Hash and would like to know what you think would be the best option for me to process this material. I have negotiated me doing all the work, including covering all associated cost (Butane) and then dividing the finished product 50/50 with the owner?

I personally( a lot of people would think it is too much work) would make a batch of edibles, a batch of bubble, and a batch of BHO.

See which one you like the best, which one is more quality than the others. then go from there

For that old of a material, I would use a non polar solvent like propane, butane, or pentane, to minimize chlorophyll pickup.

5 year old material will be decarboxylated, and even with a non polar solvent, the extraction will be on the dark side.

It will ostensibly also be relatively high in CBN.

It may make a good evening med.

I made some Bubble Hash yesterday and will work on blasting with Butane today.

When I look at the material with a scope it is covered in trichlomes clear to amber

I blasted 11oz of ground up trimmed buds and got 16 grams of this dark taffy like material. It is far darker than normal and you can roll it up in your hand like a ball. The taste is bland and the buzz is a strong narcotic stone that puts you on the couch. The Bubble Hash I made came out rock hard and was difficult to work with, I will be blasting the rest.
