What strain can offer me the best sativa dominant pheno to keep for ever?

Which strain would be the best to put in the closet as a keeper?

I might get some bud shots but I am trimming this weekend so I won't be helping him. Fuck I fucked up my left hand bad too in a fall. Perfect timing for me.

Blueberry usually requires a hunt no matter the line. Some lines you can't fully stabilize it seems. Some plants are better than others in IBLs. Sweet Skunk they're all pretty similar. NL too.

It's always interesting trying something new! Have you tried anything else from Peak Seeds? Their Blueberry has me interested too. I wish I could have a older DJ shorts blueberry.
As with everything please take with a grain of salt or whatever. I am a newbie grower and inexperienced with other breeders so the only thing I have to base comparison is black market herbs.

I spent last year growing mostly exclusively PSBC strains. I grew 6 of his strains, mostly hybrids. Northern Skunk, Skunk Berry(twice), Northern Berry, Northern Lights, Kush x Northern Lights and Sweet Skunk. Too scared to try the Blueberry haha. Sweet Skunk and Skunkberry my favorite with Northern Skunk being in 3rd. Nothing wrong with the others I just think I might be a sativa lover so if that's what you're after I'd stick with is Sweet Skunk's and C99's.

Currently just finishing up some of his C99 and Sweet Skunk x C99.

As for IBL's and whatnot I don't know what constitutes that but the C99 uniformity is stunning. I asked him about the lineage. He worked 3 generations onto it since receiving the f4's, so f7? It appears as though there's only 1 pheno visually but there is some variety in smell. I don't know if that counts for pheno. I read an interesting article written by Chimera about the misuse of the word phenotype and what it actually means. Ffuck I'm really high and rambling, several dabs of full melt ice hash....... been trying to write this for 20 minutes or more and keep changing shit. MUST PRESS ENTER.

Anyways not sure why they aren't listed but if you ask about em he's got em. The SS x C99 was kind of a test grow as they were freebies with a purchase of C99 but damn they sure seem promising as well. I might be the first person with reports on it so I look forward to providing that for the community. :eyesmoke:

That's a bummer, one handed trimming isn't too bad unless your left handed. That's no biggie... If you get a description of them please let me know.

Edited to add - Thanks for the report. That's awesome to hear he has C99 as well, will definitely have to give that a go as well. I have only grown Female Seed C99 and they were also as you described, very uniform. All of them were very branchy, couldn't support themselves, had razor thin leaves and smelled just like grapefruit when cured. One of them had a slight pineapple smell but the rest were all grapefruit. It's in my all time favorites, and everyone else loved it that tried it as well. I bet that sweet skunk x C99 would be amazing. Fruity, some skunk added, and the biggest bonus would be the added stem strength the C99 needs. Does that C99 I described sound like the one you grew out?

I believe the C99 is already fairly IBL anymore. Or at least every breeder that offers them has their own IBL type line, maybe a little different then every other breeder since C99 originally had many phenos and people chose the best to breed into their own C99 lines.

Ha, my last comment hadnt been posted. Thanks Yodabud, youre buds are small and green? hehe I have already checked out his site, and if its really that great stuff, then I wouldnt mind the regulars, but on their auction site theres only a bunch of what seems to be mostly CBD strains. Cool enough, but not really what I was looking for. KM, C99 and perhaps the Jack. hope to find a site that carries at least two of the products, so I dont have to place three separate orders.

Hey guys, hope you are able to vote based on personal experience! Im looking for a real good sativa dominant pheno, which can go directly from clone to flower, and which proves to be some of the best sativa with a clear head high and some awesome taste! Flower time is not an issue, just want some great stuff. Thanks for helping me out! :) As you can see, I am inclined to try some of Sannies stuff!
A difficult question to make,
as I have just had the same question made of Panama Red (circa 1972)
a great pheno but at something like 9-12% thc, you don't wanna smoke it to get wasted, but great for the nostalgia guys
and as the sativa side is moving leaps and bounds, do you really want to be growing a 2013 strain in 10 years?
Not me !!!

You are right, Vostok. Hopefully, there will be even more cool stuff to look ahead for. But just in case, no harm done in getting some pretty cool stuff running meanwhile. On another note, Ive just made a question regarding ventilation for my kind of grow room. If any of you guys happen to know a lot on the topic, please help me out. Its a bit boring compared to discussing strains and looking at glistering bud photos, but heres the link: https://www.rollitup.org/t/bye-diy-need-to-up-my-vent-game.858536/ I want to get everything in order before I start my next run. Wouldnt want to find mold on a strain that flowers for about a hundred days ... lol =)

Cool, Stow. Didnt even know they sold other brands. However, someone said to go after the feminized Kali Mists, and for my convenience, Im going to do so! :) May leave the Jack out of the picture and just do c99 and Kali Mist. I always overthink stuff... perhaps not, who cares. Right now Im at getting the ventilation as it needs to be.

Thanks, you Evil Genius! I think that that takes Killing Fields out of the picture. I may go for SP and Jack, then. Regarding the Chimera seeds, ordering from Hempdepot is quite the bother with the money transfer, since I live in South America. So I only order from sites that accept credit cards. It sounds lovely though. I searched quite a lot reviews, and some, unfortunately, seem to be pure copy paste, which I find to be a bit hard to trust. I mean: Why would the same guy copy paste the same wonderful review on several sites, without adding any photos or useful specifics? Thats why I decided to go for some Sannie stuff. He seems to be getting great reviews for several years now, so thats why I opted for him. Besides, my 2x3 ft makes me not wanting to deal with regular seeds. Have you tried his Jack?
I haven't tried his Jack but I have 3 plants going now. One in flower, 2 going to be put into flower very soon.

World of Seeds landrace Columbia Gold. Best. Period. Stanky hard as rock lemon pledge smelling tops that are huge as hell. Incredible high. Remember, every year new seeds must be produced, so often quality is different. But these have been amazing five years running. 10 gallon smartpot, 50/50 sunshine 4 to large Peralite, trim to four main leaders each plant and get 4-6 oz per plant under 2 600's. Everyone BEGS for it. This is coming from an old man that smoked all that stuff in the 70's, plus been through countless strains since.

Seen some others give positive reviews of their gear. I'm interested.

Hard as a rock though? Seems weird for a supposed equatorial.

Sounds interesting, GCourt. But so do all strains. How many times have you run it? Among your plants, how many how turned out indica dominant? World of Seeds carry decent prices. I have already tried some Barneys Farm, wasnt all that impressed. Its worth noting, that it was my very first run, when I tried them, so surely didnt do them justice. In conclusion, that one is probably on me, but it still makes me refrain from buying from them again. Im still seeing how to go about the upcoming grow, Ive always wanted to try the 2l army of hempy bottles. But it may be hard with different strains, unless I find them to strech somewhat likewise, which is hard. May just do a scrog, although its much more boring.

I looked up World of Seeds on Attitude and the little blurb that they include about the breeder includes this...

" World of Seeds was founded to contribute to society with their particular way of understanding the judicious use of cannabis as a medicine, emphasizing its already existent use as anti-emetic and analgesic in palliative medicine and its possible applications in the future as a powerful antioxidant and antispasmodic agent. They mention also the possible risks that could occur in recreational uses and abuses of the plant."

WTF?

Well, although this thread is pretty much dead, I just wanted to say that the C99s are on their way. Im currently participating in auctions at Mr Nice. The hype about the SSH has gotten to me, and Im definitely going for it. lol. The grow wont start till May, though. I want to grow tomatoes outside, if only I had more sunlight. Happy growing everyone!!
