Rutgers isnt going to grow it, has anyone read an alternative plan to it?

Its odd because rutgers turned it down.. They were also the ones to sugest it originally.

the only good part of the NJ experience is that it is so bad that it looks bad to everyone
complete disaster of a MMJ program
at some point, i'd expect court cases to start, it's a hope anyways

Rutgers was going to loose some funding i believe if they decided to do it. I think in the future when the ball gets rolling they will play a big part but it is too risky for them right now. What do you need to start up a center? just a butt load of cash i am assuming..and the knowledge of the herb. you would think that maybe some of the already established dispensaries from around the country would see a chance to make some coin and help some fellow patriots with their med.

i have seen some activity, seen some postings for new jersey meetings on upcoming implementation?
think i've also seen some posts that the governor is going to try to derail implementation
but don't quote me on this, just some half remembered reading

Then in my book our governor is a giant dousche. We need to be able to overthrow people like the old days. They have no problem allowing people to buy xanax and pain killers which are abused daily but prescribed anyway. However, when people want a more natural type of medicine aka marijuana, governemtn turns it to big ball of suck and runs and hides under the proverbial bed, like there arn't a bunch of other states already accepting Med-Mari as an option or anything. I am seriosuly considering moving from this state full of hate.

meanwhile oxycotin is everywhere ,killing people on the regular because they think that if its made by a pharmaceutical co. its safe. Its basically legalized heroin that any junkie can get a prescription for if they claim they have a bad back.To get a prescription for mmj in jersey you basically have to have a terminal illness, and then only 10% thc level medication will be provided, the law in its present form is a joke ,a hypocracy, and political grandstanding at the expense of people that mmj would help the quality of their life, and not make them subject to criminal prosecution.Until merck or Bristol meyers or some other giant pharmaceutical companies get their dirty little hands in this, and their lobbyists pay off the politicians ,it will never be available in N.J.As George Carlin used to say" Its all just a big stroke job"
