I found these mushrooms growing in my yard this morning, and I picked them. Does anyone know what kind of mushrooms these are? They smell good.
That is a type of "white truffle"... They are consumable, are they not ?

Dunno the name, genus, and species, mate.

They look like inky Cap or anamita . Hard to say. Anamita usually have a bulb at the base of their stalk buried in the ground a bit. Also inky caps are a little more cylindrycal. Hard to say without picture of location or maybe left to mature a little longer

Try them at your own risk, by the time you realise there is something wrong your liver may be irreparably damaged already.

I found similar ones a couple of years ago under a fir tree, tried to get confirmation on fb mushroom groups but no one was quite sure... My instincts were telling me that they were a cure for something wrong in me, but when I went back, they either died or were eaten...

Those definitely look like Amanita genus. And they aren't red, so they aren't muscaria. I almost guarantee if you eat them, you will die.

Psilocybe genus bruises blue.

I honestly have eaten mushrooms in the wild that look like this.
Pure white. Yummmm.... Meaty taste.

However, I have no idea if the OP's images are what I ate.

Good luck.
