What kind of bug is this?

I found these little buggers by the bottom of my pots. I seem to flush them out when watering today and just happened to notice them. They are only by the holes of the pots at the bottome and close to the pot saucer. I have a gnat issue right now and have been putting up sticky traps and watering with sns and big time exterminator to kill the larvae. I have no idea what these things are though. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure about their life cycles. But if any of them have wings. Those are adults and those that aren't are probably juveniles.

I know I thought it was a tick at first but seen it had six legs. I'm pretty positive it's a wingless aphid. I got some flying bugs that I thought were gnats but just might be aphids. I have watered with big time exterminator which is a chitinase enzyme that kills all soft bodied insects. I have strict IPM program but only applied to the foliage. I just got some diatomaceous earth to apply to my coco. I'm hoping this helps and I will continue to water with B.T and I'm going to do sns and maybe a azamax drench.
