What is wrong with the top of my plant?

Need some advice from someone more knowledgeable. I had to chop off the top portion of the plant because it grew 6' and was starting to get burned by the 600 watt HID light. Now the buds looks extremely bushy and leafy on top. The bottom buds are more mature than the ones at the top of the plant.
Any idea if these buds at the top will be quality? They seem really dense but are covered in bushy leaves so im not able to see any trichomes.
Here a pic of the plant. Is it possible that i'll have to harvest the bottom first? The second image is of a bottom nug.

Also, how many more days do you think i have until harvest?

You have powdery mildew man. Those white spots on the fan leaves are a dead giveaway.

You still have outside a month to go.

Looks like your plant may have reveged also.. can’t say for certain.
Thank - i appreciate the input steadyeddie. What can i do about the powdery mildew? Do i need better venting?

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar to 1 pint water in spray bottle. Before removing affected leaves, wet leaf with solution. Then discard leaf in plastic bag. Spray other leaves with solution being careful not to spray buds.
Powdery mildew is a spore which can be spread and carried by the wind. When spraying and wiping tent down turn fans off. Do this 15-20 minutes before lights out. Turn fans back on when finished.

Do you have a fan in the tent? If not, get one in there. Air circulation around the colas is important because they sweat a lot and create basically "swamp ass" for the plant, so get a fan and knock those tops around with airflow. Lower humidity and better airflow prevents molds and mildews but if they already are in place, sulfur burners are an option, as well as colder air because it holds less moisture (but more cooling=expensive)...me personally, id toss it and start over just because I have a mental block against smoking bud that I knew had mildew at one point. But as far as treating it once its set in, use a sulfur burner

The sulfur really only prevents it from happening again though honestly...it looks like a little potpourri burner but it's not, it hits 225° F and melts sulfur prills into a gas that coats every nook and cranny, and when the mildew or mold spores try to land on it, they have nowhere to go because sulfur is the main compound in H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) and when spores interact with it, it hydrates and burns right through their cell walls

This is correct. You are not in a place where it can be fixed chop the plant an start over

Sulphur burning at that stage in flower? I'd rather smoke mold than sulphur infused bud. Do some searches about treating pm in flower, you don't need to chop the plant and start over cause you have a few spots on the leaves. High ph water works well and is completely natural. Also h202 and water is another natural spray. Treat the leaves and get some more airflow and keep humidity down. Obviously if it continued to get worse and get in the bud I would toss it.

I didn't mean to say use it as a treatment for the plant, I can see how what I typed caused that to be taken that way. I more meant chop it down, start over, but before you start over do the sulfur burn because those bastard spores are everywhere...no you do not want to smoke sulfur coated bud lol

I guess. personally I would just chop it an start over I would rather have great weed in 3 months than maybe get some shitty weed in a month and a half
Well, personally, I would have began propagating in a different tent by now. Why chop, when you could learn?

I guess we don't all have the luxury of extra space
Right, the tent was the tallest i could find within the floor space available. Its 7' tall and i have had to chop off the top 12 inches of the plant when i brought it inside so that it would fit in the tent without being burned by the light.
The bud in the picture with mildew is on the bottom of the plant several feet from the growth on top.
I have a 4" inline fan and a fan for air circulation that is not occilating.

So its been a little over 3 weeks and here's how the buds are looking. They have put on some size and are sticky. You can see that leaves are yellowing and dying and the plant is finishing its life cycle. Im wondering when would be a good time to harvest from now? I see mostly milky trichomes and a few amber here and there. I tried a taster bud a few days ago and effect was too cerebral for my preference.
I was planning to chop january 2nd which is 5 days from now, but im wondering if i should let it go longer?
Many thanx
