What is the best adjust a wing position and bulb position for flowering? I have 4 large wings

I am using 4 large adjust a wings and am new to them.
I am not sure what postion to set the wires on the wings at (week 3 of flowering)
I am also unsure of the proper distance to set the bulb at. Each wing covers a 4x4 table with 20 plants in it.

If you have experience using this hood in flowering and have an opinion,I would love to hear it.

There really isn't a best. You Taylor it to your garden. No two gardens are the same so my settings wouldn't be best for yours

What adjusta wing/bulb positions do YOU use during flowering ?

Just to clarify it looks like your wings are on the narrowest setting if im not mistaken,also where is your bulb positioned top/bottom or imbetween?

Buy a cheap light meter and adjust the wings for maximum light across the canopy.

I've got two large wings positioned like kmogs photo (and raised them upa few inches)and 2 with the widest setting a bit closer. My canopy un untopped and fairly full,but I could see where a scrog or the bending o colas woulda been perhaps a bit more effective. Kmog were your trellis used as supports or were taller colas tied down to it?

I have some topped plants ready to throw in under the 5th wing this week . I have a 20 light meter of some kind laying around here and if I can find it will try to measure.
Does anyone have a specific distance they prefer to hang these hoods at during flowering?
