With lollipoping, you basically cut off the lower 2/3 of the branches about one week before flowering, so the plant puts all of it's strength into producing one giant main cola instead of a couple of smaller branches.
SCRoG, or screen of green, is basically putting a screen above the plant which will hold the branches at a certain height until all the branches are the same height, which gives you a even canopy and a more even light distribution.
