I'd agree I've used some terms loosely, but I think when I haven't been fucking around I described some actions as having similar characteristics to rape and slavery, because they are all based in nonconsent and have some elements of force involved.

Consent is a word that is abused frequently. For instance when people use terms like "tacit consent".
