I started using Thrive Alive B-1 a few years back. I hear it is similar to SuperThrive. It supposedly helps root growth but I use Rhizotonic for that. I have noticed the Thrive Alive gives me greener thicker leaves in my canopy and I haven't had any problems with disease since I started using it.

I use it as a foliar spray once a week throughout vegging. I use it in my resevoir for the whole grow except for the last week during flush.

I use advanced nutrients 3 part micro, grow, bloom base nutrients. I used to use general hydroponics 3 part but advanced nutrients has given me faster growth rates and higher yields. I use rhizotonic from canna to promote and maintain root growth until flush. Same thing with the thrive alive B-1, from cuttings to flush in resevoir & foliar until flowering.

Advanced nutrients bud blood will help your flowers start pushing quicker if you use it during the first week.

I use advanced nutrients big bud for flowering and it works great. I use to use kool bloom but I'm trying big bud this time. Kool bloom works good for getting big buds but causes a lot of yellowing in the leaves. I'm going to see if I can get the same yield with hornbys big bud as I can with kool bloom without the burn.

The ingredients in Superthrive are a trade secret. Though it is widely understood to be a collection or organic and chemicaly derived vitamins, amino acids and growth hormones. Thrive alive b1 green (organic) is a better substitution. Some really odd things can occur with too much superthrive. Quite a few people believe ST to be snake oil. I can say in a side by side, using as directed along with base nutes,, thrive alive produces more favorable results on marijuana. Neither are needed to grow from seed to harvest, they are booster tonics. I personaly wouldn't grow without thrive alive. As noted earlier, zero sickness since using it, and clones given to me In poor health rapidly recovered under it.

Vitamin B1 and a range of other multi-vits and rooting hormone. Noone really knows if pharma vitamins work or not when fed into the roots, but the rooting hormone part of it does. Watch your pH though when using it.

SuperThrive.... is a mystery... The company that makes it will not tell you what's in it, nor will they even confirm if it's organic & chemical - or chem only. It's definately not organic only.....
.
I've emailed, faxed and phoned them - with no reply. Seems, their ingredients are Top Secret.... so that's enough to turn me off.
.
Go with Thrive Alive or Super Plant Tonic, leave the SuperThrive - for those who will not ask or do not care.....
.
Keep it Real....Organic....
