What is going on!

I have 4 feminized white widows and after around 2 weeks, they all were drooping and I thought they would die. Since then, I have moved them out of their small styrofoam cups and put them into 2 gallon pots. This is my first grow, I am 15 years old, and I am using a viparspectra 300w led. Any information on what is wrong with my plants would help.

Doesn't look bad. You can forgo the growing them in cups before planting in the 2 gallon. I grow 3 day old seedlings started in grodan cubes. Once a tap root comes out the bottom. It go's directly in a 1 or 2 gallon pot. Under a 300watt LED. About 38" from the light.

There's no stress or headache dealing with cups. In the smaller pots, the roots fill out fine. Especially in a 1 gallon. Doing the root ball effect in a cup doesn't offer that much of advantage unless it's a larger pot like 3 gallon and up.

Yeah, I wouldn't admit to that in a post as there is an age requirement to be a member of these forums, an age requirement that is above "15".

Your plant looks fine though. The transplant was a good idea, as it looks like your plant was kinda hungry. Just let her go and let her grow!

This pic was taken yesterday and by now the apparent symtoms are most likely worse. I cannot say indefinetly because my plants are in my attic, and the entrance to the attic is in my sisters room. As you can see, if I were to take the bottom leaves and squish them, they would turn to dust. Any idea what this is?

I was about to start flowering my plants, but it looks like I have a phosphorus deficiency. Does this seem like the culprit? The plants are about 4 weeks old, and there are only a couple leaves like this, nearly all of them are at the base of the plant. My nutrients have an npk of 5-3-3, but it has no instructions on how much to dose, so i just give my plants a very small amount. If i have nutrient deficiencies, what nute brand would you suggest i buy, and should i be concerned about adding too much nitrogen just before flowering?
