what is a normal meal for you?

I am just over six foot one and under 160 pounds , I eat whatever I want and don't gain weight.
I have cut back on sodas, the last few months I have been using a magic bullet to make fruit smoothies with blueberries,bananas,greek yougurt,milk,strawberries,pom juice.

I have always cooked only one thing , never been into cooking a complete meal . I like to cook for others but I hate to clean. I eat a ton of red meats , my doctor said to not eat any meat , not eat any fat, cut out dairy products but I didn't listen and I feel better from just substituting sodas like mt dew, pepsi etc for fruit shakes I make or canned v8 fusions.

I bbq about 100 times a fucking year.hot dogs.chicken.tri tip.steak.carne asada. kabobs.

fuck salad.

I like to mix it up. We cook durring the week then eat out on saturday and sunday we just dont eat
