What happened to optic lighting?

What about GoGreenLEDs? Are they worth a fuck? I'm in the market myself and want quality but don't want to wait 8 months for one company to send it or deal with a an "on again, off again" maker? Buying a quality LED light shouldn't be this goddamned hard.
Then read, no one can do it for you...Too much info breaking every thing down from start to finish to be whining.

I didn't know about the PLC lights. That looks just about perfect for my space. Has anyone used them? Are they a quality product? Can anyone break them down for me?

I want all-white fixtures. I don't like all the stretch that red light gives. And I don't like working under that color of light. Plus, if I want to add some red light, then I can just plug my A51 into it and daisy chain the two.

But I have really only gathered information about Apache Tech and Optic. I know nothing about PLC. I would like to know more though! They look really nice!

PLC is a new company, formed by the member @Greengenes707 who has a long history here that you can look up. His is a cannabis growing light and he has real world experience with it and other LED lights also btw, so if you have a problem with your plants he's going to have an answer or an expert opinion on what you should do. I'm not gonna list his resume but you should PM and talk to him. Nothing against A51s new offering but out of all these COB panel producers he's got the know how and the experience growing using COBs that really has to put them on top of anyone's list who's looking for a pre-made COB. A51's offering is probably a safer bet if your worried about dealing with a new company but GG's no dummy when it comes to business. PLC will be around for a while I bet.

Awesome! yes, I know who that member is. he offered me advice many times. Ok, now I'm psyched!
My experience with Area51 lights is that the lights are well-made and work well…but, when I criticized the owner's discount coupon policy change on this forum, I was placed on some kind of "Do not sell to" list. LOL. Ok Anyway…thanks for the tip on PLC!!! Sounds like I might be just the candidate for one!

Seeing some how they're brand new I was looking for first hand experience. I'm not looking for anything from clowns like you that have nothing better to do but constantly sit on a forum trying to be somebody. Get a girlfriend.

It's not lazy, it's called having a life. I don't live in my mothers basement studying stats on LED lights. You fail to recognize the difference.
Again, its completely my fault your priorities...and If I lived in a basement would that matter, deflect much?

next he'll be wishing your a 14 year old girl too. He has not payed attention to anything useful on this site and constantly calls people names he's a void of negativity. He's not here to learn just to find people to agree with him. Next he'll ask my age and gender again and he doesn't realize you can just click on my picture but even that's to hard for him to rap his head around

Them switching servers and phone systems, possibly locations.. these things are bound to take some time. I would imagine he wants to be up and running in business as fast as possible.. since it is a business. He's in business to make money.
.
excuses excuses excuses

It takes one phone call to a software design engineer to switch a dns record to point to a temporary "under construction" web page with appropriate contact\support information.

I can setup a temp web page starting with a brand new server in less than a day. most of that time waiting for a new dns record to propagate through the internet.

If the new owner isn't ready, the sale agreement could have allowed for a smoother transition.

Meanwhile there apparently are people waiting for warranty issues.

if the new owner cares there would be no lack of support during the transition.
Meanwhile they are still taking sales now aren't they ?

damn dude.. you can't find anything positive to say can you? one negative after another.

why don't you go troll some other thread.

I for one am happy that Optic replied and is taking care of Superkush89. Just like they took care of me with a warranty related concern.
why don't you let superkush reply ? or did you have to pay for warranty shipping ?

its a very valid question. warranty repair shouldn't cost the customer anything.

Im pretty sure i gotta pay. I think i paid last time. But isn't that usually the case when it comes to most things people return or exchange or get fixed?
