What Happened to Bud Quality?

Years ago, i use to get great bud. in the last few years, the bud i have been seeing is different than what i use to get.



Remember white widow and strains like that covered with white crystals looking like snow. sticky buds.



that light green sativa that smells like coffee and crumbs when you touch it to a crystal powder.



or, that orange haired BC bud with crystals.



everything i see now looks like dry outdoor, i think. its more leafy, and dry, and not as many crystals. is this because we are seeing more outdoor now due to need in volume coming with legalization in many states?



I just don't understand, i miss the bud i use to get.

We've been screening off the trichs before selling it to you...we didn't think you'd throw a hissy fit over it.

Grow your own if you aren't satisfied.

Way more people growing now. Only a few of them care about quality. The rest do not give a shit they just want something that weighs that they can make a buck off it. Its good to have these people on the market, makes good weed stand out more and sell at a higher value.

Can't wait to see the scrag buds on market after everyone harvests outdoors. Brown, mite corpse covered, mildew packed, stem filled, leafy bud is the best competition to have.

As suggested above, growing your own gets you the quality you like, your the one controlling production. It would be your fault if the quality is low. You don't have to start a huge operation, a quiet little closet grow should keep you supplied pretty well.

People see dollar signs on sticks, nobody cares what paper tastes like. Find someone with some heart into what they do (you?) and you're likely to find the flowers you once knew.

That's what accelerated my growing. I went from getting amazing, can't finish a bowl weed, to getting Mexican dust. For the SAME price.
I was pissed. I grew a few plants. Then joined the forum. Now my weed is bomb. My grows get better and better every time. And cheaper and cheaper. My outdoor grow costs me about 200 bucks. I'll get lbs of dank, crystally awesome nugget.

Grow your own. After a few fuckups, ypou will shit ypour pants how good (and cheap) your weed is. You will never buy it again

I experience the same issue, more leafy looking weed, but stolojk

It blows my mind people still pay money for weed, fuckin weed, just throw a seed in a pot and put it outside, boom, weed

Hes right. You will also not want to ever quit growing once you do. Even thinking about not growing will feel like you lost a loved one.
