What does decriminalized really mean?

Thanks fish weed. I see that you are correct. Do you think I still may have a problem with the police? I hope not. I guess that goes without saying. I guess I better be done with this hobby. I hate that reality!

Want some real advice from somebody who's lost all his property , bank accounts , job & 1st wife ( fuk her ) & did prison time for growing ?

MOVE ! Do it right mother fucking now , get a big ass U-Haul & move to another jurisdiction before they charge you , wtf man why make it easy for them to charge you at their leisure ?

If it was me & the cops left me a note i'd be 6 states away in 24 hours , whats happening is they are running your financial status seeing what you own & its resale value , looking at your savings accounts & your weekly pay check .

If they see where they can charge , convict then fine you a fat sum & make a shitload of cash from selling what you own their comming back like nascar drivers .

Even if they charge you, a Minor Mis charge is no jail time, max fine $150.00. The M-4 is $250.00 and 30 days jail max fines. Both also carry a 180 day license suspension, the law on that part will change later this year. The biggest problem is it puts you on their radar.

Yeah fish I think you're right, I'm cool on the fine. Probably will come in the mail or something soon. I don't think the city or state or whoever is going to pass up on 150.00. If they took the plants they had to log them in with someone. I got one of those carbon copy forms. I hope a dodged a hellava bullet but I will definitely keep you all informed. Thank you all for your replies.

I would not listen to people who tell you just to grow your fine. Although they may be well intentioned. Hell it probably feels nice to hear, to calm your nerves.

1. you MAY have gotten a huge break.
If you got a break and you do not grow. you have wasted some time, and money buying pot till you can grow.
2. they MAY be back.
if they do come back, your new plants will add to the CULTIVATION charge (wont be minor misdemeanor possession) and will not make you look smart or show that you have good judgement making skills in front of a judge.

Risk and reward.
