What do you do with your trim?

I'm currently in flower and my pplants need trimming as the lower leaves yellow and die off. What I've been doing is saving the leaves in the fridge, chopped up very small and then putting them in hot dishes. A sprinkle here and pinch there. I'm not sure what effect if any they have after eating as I'm very acutely aware of the 'placibo' effect in these cases.
Is trim worth keeping/using for cooking? I'm a 1st time grower and don't want to waste my plants bounty and I think that eating trim could be a good security measure as well!

Save it all to make hash with bubble bags, or save it all and make a butter or oil with it for food. You can look up all 3 on google. I personally love hash.:weed::weed::weed:

Leaves in veg have nothing on them. Fan leaves have pretty much nothing on them, even in flower. The leaves that will get you high are the leaves coming out of the buds, when they're frosty. I make bubble hash.
