i found myself a nice lady to partner with in a grow op ........she makes some killer shit even won awards in her area
she will do the photo plants and i will do auto plants .....that way we are supplying the shops every month with several different strains other then what everyone is doing (clones are the big thing so all the shops have the same strains so their buy prices is lower) right now it is 1400 lb and u have to give 700 of that to the state for taxes
well i decided to use the money i have coming in to buy a nice peice of land nout there ......i checked the land value goes up every year by 10k for the last 10 years the taxes i am looking at 5 k a year and it is a good spot for solar or wind turbine .....build it up work it for 10 years then sell it for double what i got it for getting a bigger peice or keeping that as HQ and getting other land ........once i buy it i will own 2 houses outright (this one is paid for 3200 a year in taxes house i want is 380k but i think i can get it for 350 after inspection)
my only worry in this whole thing is my parnter is nicer then i am.......if i am up at night and one of the senors gets triggered i will go out there with a shotgun and shot the person(going for the head to watch it pop) ....she would not she would go out with a hand gun and scare the person

For legal issues I really can't go into detail. There's an unlimited amount of ways to do it.
I know this dude with his own business. He whacks shit loads of weed money through the till, put's in loads of fake transactions. Even pays tax on it lol Nice little business too.
Because of that, he loses some, but leads a very good, legitimate and respectable life. Well, according to the people that don't know he's killing it with the weed.
I'm going to have a real go at starting my own business. I'm located in an area right next to where tourism thrives in the UK. I'm going to buy camper vans for cash, then hire them out for festivals and camping. People may laugh... Go ahead lol Worst case scenario, I'd still have the stock and not owe a penny for anything. Old VW Campers don't lose their value, rather the opposite actually.
If I start making loads of money, I'll go legit. Until then I'm doing it off the books. I'm looking to buy 2 more Campervans over the winter. So will hit the new season with 3. Will be aiming to have 5 or 6 vans by March 2018. Each van will cost approx £10,000 / $13,500
Looking at about £65 / $86 usd a day for hire, for each van.
Either way, I too will still be killing it with the weed in the background.
I wouldn't really even need to do something like this, for me it's more about proving to myself and others that I can make something of my life. I can't grow weed and give my kids money when I'm dead. I can do something now though, to make sure they don't lead a life of slavery, scanning cereal bars and bread in supermarkets for 30 years! I will put everything into that dream and succeed because of that. Other small business's are often good ideas, but they cannot support themselves for the 1st 24 months whilst they establish, so their business folds. I won't have any dealings with banks! I won't have any employees either. The government can chase me off into the sunset for taxes.
I don't have a job. I get a few funny looks from the neighbours when I drive my sports car lmao. Some even asked me hos the hell I could afford it. I'm getting tired of it tbh. I have taken the poor mans life as far as it can go, without completely taking the piss. I want more. More holidays and more nice cars and more money to piss.

I own precious metals but I don't understand how people can get away with just saying I sold some gold I had. If I am putting cash into a bank account and then I draw a red flag by doing so I feel like that is not a legitimate excuse to why I got that money. Especially since this is my job and I don't have a job on paper it looks real suspicious. I have always thought of starting a LLC where it's predominately cash transactions.

number 1 about selling it back .......u are not limited to the exchanges .......if they are bars a pawn shop will take and so will jewerly makers ...if they are coins then u have coin shops all over the place
number 2 u never talk anything .......u get the paperwork from the sale of the metals back to them u put it in a file (they have to prove the money is illegal selling the metal is not they need to prove where the money came from to take it)
number 3 u start with small buys and then sell it back when it gets to me a higher amount then take that and buy back in hold it fluxs sell out at higher buy at lower ....just keep increasing it slowly adding in cash each time increase the over all value ....that 1000 turns into 3000 and so on now u are a metal broker as your job
number 4 is the money exchange market ........same thing as the silver but u are trading cash daily to make 7 to 10 cents on the dollar
now if u are asked how u got the money the original money invested needs to be clean .......does not matter how but first starting off money needs to have a traceable back ground then u add in the illegal money cleaning it .....from there the money u added in and everything else is u wining at poker or hitting at bingo games or scratch offs (u will look like a lucky ass fellow just keep the winning small under 2k nothing that would trigger paperwork or photo with in 30 days ppls minds go fussy on stuff.....your not winning just saying u did hard drives in stores cycle every 30days or so ) they have to prove u used drug money
now when u have cleaned the money u want to use it allowing u to move more back in ......the idea of a LLC can work it is how some places are getting around federal banking laws but to do something like that u would need to be 100% state complaint given them no reason to revoke your LLC biz licenses .........it is a loop hole in the law but u can not fuck up if u do everything can be taken (no side deals back end sales or anything records on point and u may want video to cover ass if u trash anything that could be thought of as sell able materials )
i am talking a LLC to grow the weed .......that is the legal loop hole that is how u can get a biz loan on a place that grows weed ......u still do not want to keep a large account just enough to cover bills and to show bank loan is safe could close it up on u cutting off from funds

Well I didn't even know that legal states could start a marijuana llc. I'm in a medical state that has a real grey area law. The idea for a LLC would be something stupid like a front maybe like a alternative medical practitioner or an agriculture consultant. Something along the lines of that where I can write receipts, put money in the bank and file for taxes.

yah no .....a llc under that would not work u have to be somewhat honest so if a check ever does happen u can back it up .......other wise u are breaking federal laws along with state
rem state gets your ass first then federal does ....or it can be other way around but u will end up doing time 2 times 2 court cases
your fucked ........look up caregiver laws .......file under that for the llc

when you're done doomsday preparing (smart move). Put an add on Craigslist saying "scrap gold wanted". When they call, buy it all, melt it all, bar it all up, buy a magellan gps, go on a trip, abit of soul searching, find a place, note gps coordinates, put that gold in the ground, destroy magellan and go prep some more.
buy diamonds and keep them close, a matchbox full of high quality stones is always gonna be a space efficient physical investment, you can get on a plane with diamonds, gold not so easy, cash very hard.
if you have more than enough money for the rest of your life, maybe u could donate some, to those less fortunate, an emotional and spiritual investment.
you don't sound like someone who wants to act flash so my advice would be, prep for every eventuality, make sure youre gonna be fine no matter what, war chaos natural disaster electrical failure zombie apocalypse etc. Make sure you have a killer stash, maybe 10 killer stashes in strategic places. Then live off the rest, make sure you're family are all good, then give to a worthy cause.

At this point in our economy, i would buy as much gold and silver as you can store. An ounce of gold-roughly 1300 dollars...takes up like a dice sized space and will always be valuable, because it looks like were going the way of venezuela.
